Psychotherapy
. love . play . rest .
Welcome to your
self-discovery journey
If you’ve recently asked yourself, “Who am I?” you’re in the right place.
For me, the inquiry "Who am I?" marked the beginning of a mid-life unraveling. It led me to leave my high-stress career as an educational leader in Silicon Valley and embark on a quest for a balanced, authentic, soulful life dedicated to helping others.
No matter your role, shifting to soul is a process of unlearning and relearning, a courageous journey of self-discovery, and I would be delighted to support you in this process.
With over 25 years of counseling experience in public education and mental health, I have journeyed from the heart of Silicon Valley to offer psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, couples and families throughout California.
I provide a safe refuge and a welcoming space to attentively listen and explore your past experiences, current challenges, and future goals. In these unprecedented times, I offer care and support to you as we navigate today's challenges.
My guiding principles revolve around a simple transpersonal approach of "love, play, and rest," which serves as my north star. With a liberation psychology lens, I welcome the opportunity to safely explore and work with all people regardless of social location.
Let's connect and explore the path to greater awareness.
